Our Expertise
At DanScapes I have cultivated a life long interest in gardening and design that began as a 12 year old who was inspired by my grandfather, an avid vegetable gardener and lawn fanatic that had to have the best looking yard on the street. As I grew my skills and knowledge about plants and grasses I soon discovered that I was my strongest competitor and constantly trying to out do myself and striving to have the nicest looking property on the street. As I grew older my skill set and experience did as well and my property became the envy of my neighbors. Fast forward 38 years my avocation as a designer and gardener matured into a landscape professional as my son and I launched his new landscaping business enterprise when he was 14 years old. A chip off the old block I guess 😁
I managed and grew that business with him for the next 6 years when I went off on my own providing lawncare and landscape design services for homeowners.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including lawn care, shrub and hedge trimming, mulching, design and planting of annual and perennial flower beds, foundation plantings, small water garden and water features as well as general landscaping design services.
All work is provided by yours truly.
